Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
In case you have a shared website hosting plan with us and you’d like to activate the catch-all feature for a specific mailbox that you’ve got in the account, it’ll take literally just one mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to accomplish that. A catch-all button is available next to each email address that you have set up under any domain name registered in your account. You can choose one email address per domain by clicking on the corresponding button. This will activate the feature right away, so all email messages sent to misspelled addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button once more will deactivate the catch-all feature. If you have enabled email forwarding, our system will exhibit a cautionary notice and you will not be able to enable the catch-all feature unless you delete the forwarding or you can simply choose a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be enabled without any effort if you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll notice a tiny button conveniently located right next to each of them. With only one mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and enable this option through the context menu that will surface. If any of the prerequisites for creating a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will inform you, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
